- Upholds fairness, transparency, and accountability in the examination and evaluation process
- Utilizes technology to streamline processes and ensure timely feedback and results
Examination and Evaluation Initiatives
- Conduct of University Examinations: Theory and practical examinations are conducted strictly in accordance with the guidelines and schedule prescribed by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
- Prevention of Malpractices: Effective measures are implemented to prevent unfair practices during examinations, ensuring integrity and discipline in the evaluation process.
- Promotion of E-Governance in Internal Evaluation: Digital tools and platforms are utilized to streamline and enhance the transparency, accuracy, and efficiency of internal assessments.
- Grievance Redressal for Examination and Evaluation: A structured mechanism is in place to address and resolve student grievances related to examinations and evaluation processes promptly and fairly.
- Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE): A well-defined plan for continuous internal assessment is followed throughout the academic year to monitor student progress regularly.
- Transparency in Internal Evaluation: Evaluation procedures are carried out in a transparent manner, with clear communication of criteria and timely feedback to students.
- Timely Declaration of Internal Evaluation Results: Internal assessment results are published within a stipulated timeframe to ensure academic planning and progression.
- Support for Divyangjan (Differently-Abled) Students: Special services and accommodations are provided to Divyangjan students to ensure equal opportunities and fairness in all examination and evaluation processes.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
Candidates are required to be present at the examination centre, THIRTY MINUTES before the time fixed for paper.
- Candidates are forbidden from taking any material into the examination hall that can be used for malpractice at the time of examination.
- Candidates are requested to see the Notice Board at their place of examination regularly for changes if any that may be notified later in the program.
- No request for any special concession such as a change in time or any day fixed for the University Examination on any ground shall be granted.
- Candidates are requested to note the Day, Date and Time of every Paper on every day. Candidates are permitted to use stencils at the time of examination.
- Candidates appearing for the examinations are expected to provide themselves with Side- rules.
- The exchange or loan of side-rules, drawing instruments of other materials used in the examination hall is Not Permitted while the examinations are in process.
- Candidates must bring their own instruments and will not be allowed to borrow from each other under any circumstances.
- Use of non-programmable battery operated electronic Calculator of Pocket-size is allowed. The exchange of Calculators is not allowed.
